These designations are highly regarded by the real estate industry as essential to success.      

     Matt attributes his success in real estate to his understanding that the most important part of any real estate transaction is the satisfaction of the people involved. As a husband and father of two, Matt knows that buyers are interested in more than just the price of a home; they also consider factors like schools, how many children live in the neighborhood, proximity to shopping, medical care and safety.      Matt earned a bachelor's degree in business administration at the University of Toledo and continues to take classes in various aspects of the real estate industry. His leisure time is spent playing golf and watching college football and basketball. Matt and his wife, Laurie, enjoy entertaining friends and newcomers to the Toledo area. The couple has a 16-year-old daughter and 14-year-old son, and is involved with their church and the Children's Miracle Network.
